How Many Stories Do I Have To Do With Tai Chi And My Initial Teaching Experience Contain?
Tai Chi, this martial art with a long history, is full of profound philosophical concepts and health care wisdom. As a Tai Chi coach, I have a special liking for this art and am happy to impart the knowledge I have learned to more people.
Become a connection with Tai Chi
I have been associated with Tai Chi since I was a child. At that time, my body was weak and I was often uncomfortable, so my family decided to let me learn Tai Chi. Initially, I just saw it as a way to strengthen my body. However, as the practice deepened, I gradually became attracted to it. Every move in Tai Chi is like communicating with nature. As time goes by , my physical condition improves, and my mood becomes more and more peaceful. Since then, an inseparable connection has formed between me and Tai Chi.
First teaching experience
At the beginning of teaching, I felt both excited and nervous. The students' expectant eyes prompted me to make up my mind to teach the course well. At first, I encountered many difficulties, such as the students' understanding of movements, so I demonstrated it over and over again, splitting the movements and explaining them. Seeing them becoming proficient from strangers and gradually mastering the essence of Tai Chi, the sense of accomplishment and pride is difficult to express in words, and it also makes me more confident in teaching work.
Understand Tai Chi Philosophy
Tai Chi is not just a physical movement, it also contains the philosophy of harmonizing yin and yang and combining hardness and softness. During the lecture, I often tell students that life is like practicing Tai Chi. You must learn to follow the times and not just fight hard when facing difficult problems. Using flexibility may be able to solve problems more effectively. This philosophy also makes the students appear more calm in their daily lives.
Witness the growth of students
Many students first came out of their pursuit of health, but eventually found their spiritual home in Tai Chi practice. For example, an old man who has retired had suffered from insomnia before, but since he persisted in practicing Tai Chi, his sleep quality has improved significantly and his mental outlook has become increasingly new. Seeing their transformation, I felt joyful inside, and I also deeply realized the value of the work I was doing.
Expectations for the future
I hope to make more people realize and interested in Tai Chi. In the future, I plan to constantly find more efficient teaching methods so that more people can feel the attraction of Tai Chi. At the same time, I also hope to hold more exchange activities so that Tai Chi enthusiasts can learn from each other and make progress together.
