First Experience Of Tai Chi: Feel The Fusion Of Movement And Breathing, And Explore The State Of Inner Peace
Tai Chi, this traditional oriental movement that combines breathing, movement and thought, contains the wisdom of ancient Chinese philosophy. It not only improves the body's flexibility and balance ability, but also helps people find inner peace in the noisy world. Next, I want to share some of my experiences and experiences in practicing Tai Chi.
The first experience of Tai Chi
When I was first learning Tai Chi, I noticed that its movements were quite slow and gentle. I remember that I started practicing with my master, and every move seemed to be talking to the air. At first, I found it difficult to grasp the relaxed and steady rhythm, and my hands and feet were often inconsistent, and I felt quite anxious inside. However, the master always encouraged me and taught me to experience the subtle changes in each posture and feel the flow of breath in my body.
Move and breathing
Tai Chi emphasizes the harmonious unity of movement and breathing. When inhaling, the breath slowly sinks to the dantian, and the body gradually bulges like a balloon; when exhaling, the breath is smoothly discharged from the body, and the body relaxes and slowly descends. Take Yunshou as an example. When inhaling, the arms rise up and stretch, and when exhaling, the arms contract inward. This combination made me feel a fusion with nature, and every breath seemed to take away my physical fatigue.
Guidance of thoughts
Thoughts are the soul of Tai Chi. When practicing, you need to integrate your body and mind into a quiet valley, surrounded by clouds and mist. Before the action is implemented , the mind needs to take one step ahead. Taking the tail of the bird as an example , it seems that it is really holding a bird in my heart, delicately experiencing its pulse, and mastering the strength just right. This kind of guidance of thoughts made me more focused during practice, and the distracting thoughts also dissipated.
Changes in body and mind
After a period of Tai Chi practice, I realized that my body movements became more agile. The movements such as bent over and turned around no longer seemed stiff, and my balance ability has also improved. More importantly, my mood became more peaceful. In the field of Tai Chi, I can temporarily forget the troubles and pressures in my life. After each exercise, I can feel that my heart is washed away by a fresh spring water, and I feel very comfortable.
Tai Chi social circle
Tai Chi has allowed me to meet many like-minded partners. Every morning, we will exercise together and share our experiences. We are happy to share the core essence of each Tai Chi sect and discuss the details of each action in detail. In such a team, there is no competition or pressure, only a deep love for Tai Chi and mutual support. During such exchanges, my understanding of Tai Chi became more and more profound.
