When I first entered the Tai Chi Hall, everything around me seemed both fresh and strange. I followed the coach to learn the moves slowly, and my movements seemed a little unfamiliar. Many people come to the club to seek health. They exercised unremittingly and soon felt a significant improvement in their physical condition.
